About NAHRA

NAHRA Mission

The Native American Human Resources Association is a 501(c)6 nonprofit corporation that promotes and advocates excellence in HR management through networking and professional development in Indian Country.

We accomplish this mission by:

  • Keeping our members informed of best practices in HR and Management
  • Offering the NAHRA Learning Series training sessions geared towards “best practices” and the professional development of our members and member organizations
  • Hosting networking events to allow members and prospective members exchange information in a comfortable, casual setting
  • Encouraging member participation during all meetings to help NAHRA respond to the needs of its’ members and communities

 

NAHRA Vision

The vision that guides NAHRA is simple:  LEADING THE WAY!  NAHRA strives to serve the membership by leading the way in professional development; offering an avenue for our members and prospective members to connect with additional resources; and helping our members become an integral part of strategic planning within their organizations.
